Notice of Intent to Sole Source Audiocare TM Bases

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the small business manufacturer, Payton Meger Sub II LLC dba Audiocare, an Artera Company: 1025 Chapala Street, Santa Barbara, California 93101. ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 ACS-TM-BASE (SMS Software platform, up to 120,000 texts) 5 EA Payton Merger Sub II, LLC dba AudioCARE an Artera Company provides automated patient communications and self-help tools for appointments, pharmacy, clinical, and financial services via phone, text messaging, email, and internet.

AudioCARE is the sole manufacturer and distributor of its products and services. All AudioCARE systems and applications are proprietary; therefore, no other company can provide the required software for these products. There are no resellers, dealers, or other third-party companies that can sell, service or support AudioCARE products. The associated North American Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 513210 and the Business Size Standard is $47 Million.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 10:00am Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.

Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
