Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to award a firm-fixed priced contract to Lovell Government Services INC 233 W Gregory St. Pensacola, FL 32502-4821, for the procurement of CONMED Insufflators Equipment Service Maintenance for the following equipment: Manufacturer Model SN EE CONMED AIRSEAL IFS 2403CE0667 204669 CONMED AIRSEAL IFS 2403CE0661 204670 CONMED AIRSEAL IFS 2403CE0669 204671 CONMED AIRSEAL IFS 2403CE0622 204672 Contractor to provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

The vendor Lovell Government Services INC submitted an Exclusive Authorized Distributor Letter of Supply in response to Sources Sought Notice 36C25726Q0234 published on February 20, 2026. The letter issued by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) - CONMED Corporation, states Lovell Government Services INC is the exclusive distributor and authorized service provider under any Awarded Federal Contract. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals.

No contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals or offers received will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government.

If no affirmative written response is received within 7 days from the publication of this notice, a contract or order will be issued to Lovell Government Services, INC, without any further notice. The anticipated statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for the requirement is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
