The contractor shall provide maintenance of our EPLINK software currently owned and utilized by the Cardiology service of the VA North Texas Healthcare System (VANTHCS) facilities. The EPLINK software provides an HL7 interface cover for the EP recording system software LabSystem PRO HL7.

An upgrade and maintenance is required for a newer version of the windows operating system. FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
