The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 17, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing ZOLL AED 3 Training BLS Packages (English) Brand Name Only, as outlined in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). These training devices will be used at the El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS), located at 5001 N Piedras St, El Paso, TX 79930. This is a Brand Name Only requirement due to EPVAHCS owning ZOLL AED 3 Plus devices for clinical use.
