Special Notice – Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to conduct a sole source award action with Cardinal Health 414 for the following items and services: The proposed modification is to add the following items and services to ID/IQ contract 36C25725D0021: Sterile Water for Injection, Vial 10 mL, Heparin Sodium 1000 IU/mL Vial, Tc-99m NaTc04 UD, DC Accuracy, DC Geometry, DC Linearity, The original requirement was solicited as unrestricted full and open competition under RFP 36C25725R0019.

This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. A contract will not be awarded based on an offer received in response to this notice. If no affirmative written response is received within 7 business days from the publication of this notice, the proposed modification request will be forwarded to Cardinal Health 414. LLC without any further notice.
