This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for Market Research. This is a Sources Sought only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is looking for sources that can provide, brand name or equal to, the following:

Description: 50 iPads/ Tablets that have compatibility with TabCat software.

50 Protective Cases for the tablets 50 Individual Maintenance plan for tablets iPad/Tablet Key Characteristics: Design & Display 10.9-inch Liquid Retina Display (2360 × 1640 resolution, 500 nits brightness) All-screen design with flat edges No Home Button: Touch ID is integrated into the top button Aluminum body Performance: A14 Bionic Chip (Brand name or equal to) 4GB RAM for improved multitasking Supports iOS 15 and later Have compatibility with TabCat software.

Camera & Audio 12 MP rear camera 12 MP ultra-wide front camera Connectivity & Battery Wi-Fi connectivity Long battery life up to 10 hours Software & Features Runs iOS 15 and later versions of iOS. Storage Available with up to 265 GB storage space.

Maintenance Plan: Maintenance plans must be brand name or equal for tablets. AppleCare for iPad, if Apple iPad brand. Equal value maintenance plan if other brand tablet. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status. Responses to this notice will only be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the System for Award Management (SAM), Contract Opportunities, or on GSA E-Buy at a later date.
