This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C25725Q0330 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. The NAICS Code for this request for quotes is 811210 ($34.0 M).

This solicitation is for the procurement of full-service preventative maintenance and services for Mass Spectrometers and Chromatography Systems at the North Texas Veterans Medical Center, Biomedical Engineering Department, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216. The contractor shall provide repairs, preventative maintenance and services on equipment listed in the SOW. The pricing shall include labor, travel, and parts for the equipment or related software and hardware.

Services performed shall be in accordance with the OEM specifications. Contractor must be accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for testing and repair of Agilent Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry instruments and systems, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015, Quality Management, and ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Standard for testing and calibration laboratories.

Technical Questions: Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), 03/17/2025. Please list Technical Questions 36C25725Q0330, Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Instrument Services in the subject line of the e-mail and send to Kathryn Prose, Contract Specialist, at kathryn.prose@va.gov. Late quotes or documentation may be accepted if advantageous to the Government. Vendors interested in providing the required supplies will need to submit all required documentation, detailed in the attached RFQ document, by email to Kathryn Prose at Kathryn.prose@va.gov, no later than 03/24/2025, 3 PM Central Time.
