GE Navigate, Flashpad, and OEC Elite Service

This not a request for quotes; the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. VA Medical Center of Amarillo is needing a full-service contract on the GE Navigate, Flashpad, and OEC Elite. All work performance will take place in the Amarillo VA Medical Center at 6010 Amarillo Blvd W. Amarillo, TX 79106. This service contract will include unlimited repairs, parts, software updates, associated devices, unlimited labor and travel, and perform preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations during the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. All service worked performed must be done by a GE Trained Service Engineer.

CONFORMANCE STANDARDS: Contract service shall ensure that the equipment functions in conformance with the latest published edition of the applicable standards, such as: NFPA-99, UL OSHA, VA, CDRH, etc. and the Manufacturers Performance standards/specifications as used when the equipment was originally procured and that any upgrades/updates will meet the standards/specifications. Contractor and Biomedical Engineering shall maintain the equipment in accordance with Conformance Standards.

Contractor will provide unlimited telephone technical support and, all required parts. Response time contractor s FSE or technical support must respond with phone to the COTR or his/her designee within two hours after receipt of telephone notification and be onsite within four hours of notification.

The full-service contract will cover one (1) Base year and 4 option years with a start date of February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026. Responses to this notice shall include company/individual name, size status for the above reference NAICS code, a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), DUNS Number, address, point of contact and examples of similar facilities to which similar services have been provided to.

Contractors should provide information on whether they are certified SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned concern. If standard company brochures will be provided as a response to this Source Sought, ensure that additional information tailored to this notice is included. If you are in GSA, please provide schedule and contract number. A solicitation is not currently available.

If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the Contract Opportunities website https://sam.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this announcement.
