Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO 17) intends to make a Sole Source award to Natus Medical Incorporated to conduct full-service preventative maintenance, repair and calibration on the audiology equipment for a full calendar year.

This contract will be awarded as a base plus as four options years with an ultimate completion date ending in 2029. The VA Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (VACTHCS) has a need of a service contract to support the existing audiology equipment currently utilized at the VANTHCS Temple, Austin, and Waco campus. The contractor will conduct annual preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure proper and efficient function of the system.

The contractor will provide on-call and full repair services with OEM certified technicians with OEM certified parts for full uptime. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. No RFQ will be issued.
