North Texas - Dallas - Overflow Parking Space (Service)

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO17) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Parking as a Service. VA North Texas Health Care System, Dallas VA Medical Center located at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 has a requirement for offsite overflow parking and temporary material/equipment storage.

A total of 550 dedicated overflow parking spaces are needed to offset current parking space shortages while construction of the new Long Term Spinal Cord Injury (LTSCI) Project is on-going. Parking must be adjacent to, or within walking distance from the Dallas VA Medical Center. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. THERE IS NO SOLICATION AT THIS TIME.

BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE.
