Annual preventive maintenance and service contract for Radiology and Imaging Equipment located at McAllen, Harlingen and Corpus Christie West Point VA Outpatient Clinics in accordance with the Statement of Work.

The Contractor shall provide all labor & materials required to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and unscheduled /corrective maintenance (CM) to include peripherals, probes, accessories and x-ray tubes, coverage, and replacement. Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance inspections with a minimum of once annually and more frequently as indicated in accordance with Manufacturers specifications to include supporting computer systems and software. This requirement was processed IAW FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per 41 USC §3304(a)(l)
