This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only and shall not be considered as a request for quote or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the contractor’s submission of this Sources Sought Notice or the Government’s use of such information.

The Government reserves the right to reject in whole, or in part, any contractor’s input resulting from this Sources Sought Notice. No contractual arrangement will be made as a result of this notice. Information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice will not be returned. The Contractor shall furnish all key personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite Gastroenterology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center.

The Contractor’s physician(s)’ care shall cover the range of Gastroenterology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art health care medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the American College of Physicians-Internal Medicine Clinical Practice Guidelines and Recommendations | ACP (acponline.org) and American College of Gastroenterology Guidelines: Guidelines - American College of Gastroenterology (gi.org). One (1) Physician and (1) Nurse Practitioner are needed to work concurrently.
