Responses to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking preferably Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing courier services for Community Based Outpatient Clinic s (CBOCs) in the Florida area. See DRAFT Statement of Work for detailed description of services.

The NAICS code is 492110 Couriers and Express Delivery Services and the Size Standard is 1,500 employees. Responses must be received by no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time, Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025. Responses shall be emailed to rene.impey@va.gov. Facsimile or Telephonic responses will not be accepted. Proof that you are an authorized dealer and/or any qualifying certifications that may be required to perform the service. Does your company have the services available under any Government Wide Agency Contract (GWAC), General Service Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and/or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract?
