The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, transportation, equipmen, preventive maintenance, repair service and expertise necessary to complete all work associated with preventive maintenance and repair services on Anti-ligature Overhead Door Alarm system..

The contract is expected to be firm, fixed-price for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The solicitation is issued as a Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 561621, with a small business size standard of $25 Million. All interested parties must be listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, at the date and time of their quote submission, and date of award.
