Stryker Neptune PCB Upgrade (VA-26-00011286) Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed priced Contract for a period two months with a Large Business, Stryker Sales, LLC DBA Stryker Instruments, 1941 Stryker Way, Portage, Mi 49002 ( Stryker ). The Contractor shall replace any Neptune 3 Rover containing the AC Power Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) (0702-001-802, 0703-001-026Q) with a 120/100 Vac Power PCBA (700000808926) in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW).

Stryker is the only firm deemed capable of fulfilling all areas of the VA s requirements as the manufacturer of this equipment on only authorized service provider. The Contractor shall provide the required services and associated deliverables in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC) located at 510 East Stoner Avenue Shreveport, LA 71101-4243.
