Sources Sought Notice (SSN) Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO16) This SSN is for market research and planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this SSN.

Your response to this SSN will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this SSN. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort.

Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this SSN.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112 with a size standard of 1,000 employees and Product Service Code (PSC) of 6515. Scope Hopkins telescopes are to be used for visualization of the surgical site during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.

Hopkins telescopes are reusable rod lens endoscopes consisting of an eyepiece lens and a light post connection for fiber optic light cables with screw-on adapters which will accommodate light cables from other manufacturers. System Requirements Telescopes must be compatible with the STERRAD 100S NX and 100NX sterilization systems.

The Hopkins telescope must be 5mm in diameter and 24 cm in length, autoclavable, fiber optic light transmission incorporated, color code: green.

Delivery & Installation Contractor shall ship/deliver all equipment to the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, Bldg. 182, North Little Rock, AR 72112. All equipment shall be setup/installed within five (5) business days of delivery at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. All work shall be performed during the business hours of 7am 3:30pm CST Monday Friday. All federal holidays, excluded.

If there is an operational conflict with installation, night or weekend installation may be required. Government will provide a seventy-two (72) hour notice of change of installation of hours. The following information is requested in response to this SSN:
