Olympus Service Agreement

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Ridgeland, MS intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price award in accordance with FAR 13.106-1, limiting sources with Olympus America, 3500 Corporate Pkwy, Center Valley PA, 334510. This procurement is to obtain a service agreement to cover currently in use GI Scopes from Olympus America and other necessary equipment to include full service and maintenance.

The NAICS Code for this requirement is 339112 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. Responses to this notice shall be emailed to William Shaver at William.Shaver@va.gov. Include the following in the email subject line: Olympus Service Agreement and this special notice ID. Responses must be received by 16:00 (central), Monday, July 7, 2025. There is no solicitation currently available. All information is to be provided on a voluntary basis and at no charge to the Government.
