This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25625Q0944. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 (effective 01/17/202). This requirement is solicited as Unrestricted. Period of Performance: 5 (five) years. The Network Contracting Office 16 is seeking Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing (Fludeoxyglucose FDG F 18 for PET CT) in accordance with the Statement of Work for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System s John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, AR. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted electronically via e-mail to arlene.blade@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than June 27, 2025 at 8:00 AM CST.

No further questions will be accepted after that date and time. Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer, Arlene A.
