This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25625Q0868 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The proposed contract action will initiate a new supply agreement/contract to provide three (3) Rapid Infusion Systems, specifically designed for high-flow, high-performance infusion needs in critical care settings. These devices will be utilized in the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) for the administration of life-saving warmed fluids and blood products, particularly in trauma, surgery, and other emergency situations.
This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 (08/07/2025). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. RESPONSES ARE DUE, August 28th, 2025, by 8:00 a.m. Central Time (CST).
