The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) intends to issue and award a sole source firm fixed price single award type order to ScriptPro USA, Inc. Located at 5828 Reeds RD., Mission, KS 66202 for the proposed procurement of Eyecon 9430. It has been determined that ScriptPro USA is a Large Business responsible source who can provide this requirement in the Houston TX area in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”.
