This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25625Q0746 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The proposed contract action is for Medical Gas Inspection and Testing Services for SE Louisiana HCS which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. All vendors must be registered in Vet Biz and SAM prior to award. Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside applies to all items in this solicitation.
