The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract to Trane U.S. Inc. for purpose of turnkey installation of chiller equipment model number CGAM070F2**3EXD2A1A3A1AX*A1C2B4X, repair, and software maintenance/upgrade on a chiller equipment. The procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13.
