This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

EVALUATION: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to quoter with lowest price technically acceptable. All quoters shall have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award, if you are an SDVOSB you shall be certified in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database to receive credit as a SDVOSB at the closing of the solicitation due date and time; and at the time of award.
