DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Network Contracting Office (NCO) located in Houston; Texas has a requirement to provide chemical water treatment of boiler plant (water and steam), chillers (all condensers, all cooling towers water side), heating hot water, and potable water well to achieve specified results.
