The Contractor shall conduct 8 hours per week on-site scheduled service of the existing Building and Energy Management Control System (BAS), components and VA Building Service Equipment (BSE) controlled by the Johnson Controls Inc. BAS. The current system is Metasys which is manufactured by Johnson Controls, Inc.
