This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25625Q0089 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The proposed contract action is to provide, install, and configure an IV workflow management system in the inpatient pharmacy at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. The workflow solution is to be purchased outright and must include gravimetric verification of sterile IV preparations. The contractor shall assume full responsibility for compliance with all Federal, State, City, and local laws, codes, and regulations, governing the product.

Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside applies to all items in this solicitation. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) and the size standard is $19 million.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 (01/30/2022).
