This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 (eff. 5/22/2024) and VAAR Update 24-10 (eff. 04/09/2024) 3. This requirement is solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 238210 with a size $19M.

Place of Performance: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) facilities located: a. 2200 Fort Roots Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114 b. 4300 West 7th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 5. Period of Performance: September 30, 2024 to September 29, 2025. 6.Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for August, 21, 2024 at the location listed below. Contractors wishing to view the buildings/elevators that are identified in this solicitation are encouraged to attend this site visit. Attendance is not mandatory, but quotes could be affected. This responsibility is on the Contractor.
