No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS or QUOTES and NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall NOT be construed as solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Responses to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking preferably Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing Wi-fi services for three Community-Based Outpatient Clinics located in Eglin AFB and Panama City, FL. See DRAFT Scope of Work for detailed description of supplies.

The NAICS code is 517112Â Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite) and the Size Standard is 1,500 employees. Responses must be received by no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time, Thursday, August 8, 2024. Responses shall be emailed to rene.impey@va.gov. Responses shall include Capabilities Statements, Unique Entity ID (UEI) number, and whether the requirement is on GSA/FSS schedule or Open Market. Facsimile or Telephonic responses will not be accepted.
