New Dishwasher and Installation Base: 08/12/2024 - 10/31/2024

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C256-24-AP-4370 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The proposed contract action is to purchase one (1) Conveyor Dishwasher and its accessories for the Nutrition and Food service department that is at its end-of-life cycle at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) located at 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. The Contractor shall install a new dishwasher to the exact specifications in the Statement of Work, and they will ensure it meets the existing footprint. Connection placement must be specific to allow for tie ins to drains and supplies.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, equipment, permits, testing, reports, travel, and supervision required for the installation. Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside applies to all items in this solicitation. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS.

The NAICS code is 334512 (Automatic Environmental Control Manufacturing for Residential, Commercial, and Appliance Use) and the size standard is 650 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 (01/30/2022). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. RESPONSES ARE DUE, July 31, 2024, by 15:00 p.m. Central Time (CT).
