This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has a requirement for preventative maintenance services for the boilers at the main campus, and three CBOC s for the Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531. NCO 16 is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to procure these services. Proposals or quotes are not being requested or accepted with this notice.
