The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm fixed price, non-personal services contract to perform maintenance and repair services on the Canon Medical Systems Computed Tomography (CT) System located at Central Arkansas Veterans HealthCare System (CAVHS), Little Rock, AR.

This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Central Arkansas Veterans HealthCare System (CAVHS), Little Rock, AR. has a requirement for a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services on the Canon Medical Systems Computed Tomography (CT) System.

Based on market research and previous acquisition history, it has been determined that the Omnicell, Inc.is the only vendor capable of providing the services to military veterans. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, quotations, or expressions of interest.

However, interested parties who disagree with this action may submit a letter of interest that demonstrates your firm s technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition to include a rationale for why you should be considered. The Government reserves the right to vet/verify any documentation submitted with the OEM to certify its authenticity. This notice will be distributed solely through this website.

Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J065, Maint/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
