Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 (effective 02/23/2024). This competitive solicitation is being issued as a Total (100%) Service Disabled Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 with a small business size standard of $34.0 M. Contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). SDVOSB concerns shall be actively registered and verified in the Small Business Administration VetCert website.

Quotes may be considered non-compliant and rejected if the Contracting Officer is unable to verify active registration status. Contractors are required to provide supporting documentation that you can perform the required services and obtain OEM parts. Contractors must comply with the Limitation on subcontracting. The MEDVAMC is seeking a contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance services, comprehensive corrective maintenance services, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair/replacement parts, and support services for government owned STERIS medical equipment in accordance with the OEM recommendations for Preventive Maintenance and service manual and the Statement of Work.
