This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The CSS number is 36C25624Q0668.

It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is in support of a requirement for the MEDVAMC that is sole source. The government anticipates awarding one single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to a sole source offeror. The sole source offeror shall comply with the following conditions below when responding to this solicitation.
