Special Notice -Epicardiac Probes

This is a Special Notice as a Pre-Intent to Sole Source.

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Houston, Texas 77056 intends to negotiate a Sole Source single award Firm-Fixed Price type contract to Medi Stim Inc 217 Industrial CT, Wabasha, Minnesota 55981-1147, for procurement of two (2) Epicardiac Probe medistism at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) located at 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, TX 77030. It has been determined that through initial Market Research, only one (1) responsible source can provide the required Brand Name supplies in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements .

Please provide the information you deem relevant in order to respond to the specific inquiries of the notice. RFI responses are due by 12:00pm Central Standard Time on February 27, 2024; size is limited to 8.5 x 11 inches, 12-point font, with 1-inch margins in Microsoft Word format via email to Jeneice Matthews, jeneice.matthews@va.gov .
