MEDICAL AUTOCLAVE REPAIRS

SOLICITATION The Veterans Healthcare System of The Ozarks (VHSO) has a requirement for repair services to a Bondtech model 12975 medical waste autoclave at its facility located at 1100 N. College Ave in Fayetteville, AR. This is a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business set-aside in accordance with VAAR 819.7006 under NAICS code 811210,.

All interested parties must be listed in the U. S. Small Business Administration’s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ and the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of quote submission and date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed for registration.

Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to james.hunt2@va.gov, to be received no later than 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 7, 2024. Questions submitted after this date/time may not be answered.
