RADIMETRICS RADIATION DOSE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SUPPORT SERVICES

SOLICITATION NOTICE The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) has a requirement for support and maintenance of Radimetrics radiation dose management software at its facility located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd. in Houston, TX 77030.. This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 513210, with a small business size standard of $43,000,000. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award.

Award WILL NOT be delayed to allow for registration. All quotes from responsible parties shall be considered by the agency if determined timely and responsive. Interested parties should submit all questions regarding this solicitation in writing, via email to james.hunt2@va.gov to be received no later than 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.

Pertinent questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation to be issued on or about February 1, 2024. ALL quotes MUST include the following information to be considered for award. Failure to submit this information may cause a quote to be determined nonresponsive.
