St. Louis VA Medical Center John Cochran The St. Louis VA Medical Center (Jefferson Barracks) is requesting a contractor to conduct monthly preventative maintenance and repair to four bowling alleys located in Building 54 recreational therapy. Contractor will repair or replace any worn parts and provide all preventative maintenance lubrication to the Brunswick machines to keep them in good working order.
Contract Objectives Provide 12 monthly PM service per machine and lane once per month totaling 48 services a year. Service will include Oiling Cleaning of bowling lanes Sweeping Spot cleaning Approaches gutter and capping. Vacuuming, greasing oiling, adjusting and Preventative maintenance of wear items. Ensuring proper calibration and reading score correctly Inventory of repair parts needed Repair Services (Repair services shall include, but not be limited to, the following)
Pinsetter Repair: Diagnosis and repair of pinsetter malfunctions, including replacement of worn or damaged parts Ball Return System Repair: Diagnosis and repair of ball return system malfunctions, including replacement of belts, motors, and other components Scoring System Repair: Diagnosis and repair of scoring system malfunctions, including replacement of sensors, displays, and other components.
Lane Surface Repair: Repair of minor damage to lane surfaces, such as scratches, gouges, or chips.
General Repairs: Diagnosis and repair of any other malfunctions or issues that may arise with the Bowling Lanes. Repair Parts All repair parts will be provided by Facility Engineering Service upon request. Contractor will not be responsible for providing parts, but will provide lists of items needed monthly to the point of contact General Requirements The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, transportation and any specialized equipment to perform the preventative maintenance on the lanes.
All other repairs that fall outside preventative maintenance will be communicated to COR for review and approval from contracting officer prior to work being conducted. Acceptance of Work. The Contractor shall schedule monthly preventative maintenance with POC and provide validation that all PM Maintenance has been completed. The contractor must submit validation that work was completed satisfactorily with request for payment. The Contractor shall coordinate all work to the A/C Shop Supervisor at Jefferson Barracks.
