INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source service contract to Covidien Sales, LLC. The NAICS code is 811210 with a Product and Service Code of J065. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages no later than 10:00 AM CST, July 18, 2025, to paul.dixon@va.gov.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
