Vendor Questions:

1) We would appreciate any mechanical drawings you can share to help us better understand the scope. Are you able to provide drawings? No mechanical drawings are able to be accessed.

2) What are the quantities of each type of equipment (Fume Hood, Barrier Isolator, Grossing Station)? 9 Fume hood, 2 barrier isolator, 2 grossing station 3) Is the vendor expected to test/inspect each piece of equipment 4 times per year? The schedule in the solicitation wasn t clear on this. The expectation is a bi-annual certification on the pharmacy hoods and lab hoods. As well as monthly sampling on all pharmacy hoods 5* total. *subject to change. 4) Is this a new requirement or contract renewal?

This is a new requirement. 5) If renewal, what is current contract number? N/A 6) When will the RFP be released? The RFP was posted on 05/02/2025, solicitation # 36C25225Q0418 7) Are you looking for ASHRAE-110 testing or Velocity testing? Both if applicable.
