REPLACE OUTDOOR HVAC UNITS BUILDING 410

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, and supervision needed to successfully remove two existing HVAC units (new units that were recently installed, but not compatible with current equipment in B410) and replace with new government provided units that will be onsite. Existing units are being returned to supplier, contractor shall remove units minimizing damage.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, and materials to complete this contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220. All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement by Wednesday January 29th, 2025 at 12:00 PM CST, to Makena.James@VA.gov to include the following:

DUNS number, organization name, organization address, point of contact, business size under NAICS 238220, and socioeconomic status. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation.
