WISCONSIN HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP BASE PLUS 4 OY BASE POP: 01/01/2025 -12/31/2025

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a single source award of a firm-fixed-price (FFP) type contract with Wisconsin Hospital Association, Inc. of Fitchburg, WI to provide proprietary membership services to the Tomah VA Hospital located in Tomah, WI. Access to the following membership will be procured: MEMBERSHIP, WISCONSIN HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION The authority for applying the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR Subpart 13.5 is 41 U.S.C.

1901 and is implemented to restrict competition on this procurement via FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). This is a contract for a base period of 12-months of service, plus 4 option years, for a period of 12 months from date of award. The NAICS Code is 813920 with a size standard of $23.5M. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.

However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and services to the Contract Specialist within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
