This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08 (effective 10/28/2022). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415 - Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Requirement: The Clement J Zablocki. VAMC, Facility Management, located at 5000 West National Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53295-1000 is seeking to purchase Liebert PDX Water / Glycol System (BRAND NAME ONLY). The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order to the quoter offering the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, technical/maintenance manuals, training, delivery, and accessories necessary to furnish the equipment defined herein. Award will be based upon lowest priced technically acceptable quote in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Responses should contain your best terms, conditions.
