Honey Creek (HAIG) furniture removal

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to dismantle and move all the existing furniture from the HAIG Suite 200 at the Honey Creek Corporate Facility in Milwaukee, WI. The suite is located on the 2nd floor of Bldg. 135. This contract includes dismantling the Herman Miller workstations, so that the individual modular components can be moved and staged in a storage area on the Milwaukee VA campus.

Other furniture items include, all wall-hung Herman Miller components, markerboards, tables, files, storage units, conference room seating, guest seating, artwork, coat hooks and any other accessory items that may be located in the space.

The awarded vendor shall provide all the manpower, equipment, tools, carts, vehicles and trucks required to dismantle and move the following furniture product; HAIG Suite 200- (11) Herman Miller, Canvas workstations with panels (2) Herman Miller, wall-hung desks in private offices Note: Wall strips and brackets must be removed from existing walls.

(1) Staff Breakroom- Refrigerator is not included in contract.

(2) Conference Rooms- Tables, chairs and markerboards Note: Contract does not include any electronic components. All other seating, excluding the task chairs located in each workstation and private office.

Note: The Milwaukee VA staff will relocate these desk chairs prior to the start of this contract.
