Notice of Intent to Sole Source DentalEZ Ergotech Workstation

The VISN-12 Veterans Health Administration Network Contracting Office intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to DentalEZ (DBA Nevin Labs) 5000 S Halsted St. Chicago, IL 60609-5130 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The requirement being sole sourced is for two (2) DentalEZ Ergotech Workstations for the William S. Middleton VAMC.

The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing. Size Standard is 750 Employees. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. A competitive acquisition is contemplated to take plave during this period for a new contract to fulfill the Government s needs.
