SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NextGen LOGIQ e R8 Ultrasound Console/Probes/Cart, Portable Equipment The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (CLE VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with brand name only under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), Limited sources justification and approval. The NAICS code is 334510 with a small business standard of 1,250 employees.

The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with TrillaMed, LLC., 30100 Telegraph Rd, Ste 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025 for NextGen LOGIQ Ultrasound Console/Probes/Cart, portable equipment. The CLE VAMC intends to provide a NextGen LOGIQ Ultrasound Console/Probes/Cart equipment and services for the Orthopedic Clinic at the hospital to assist with patient care.

TrillaMed, LLC. is the authorized distributor of said equipment via GE Medical Systems, the (OEM) for the following items, which makes this a brand name only, sole source procurement under FAR 8.405-6(b)(1).
