The purchase order will be for VISN 10, Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RLR VAMC) in Indianapolis, IN.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 10, intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a Single Source for the items listed below.

Description of equipment requirements: 1 each TcC02 (part number 104255-TCOM+Hospital USA) replacement monitor 1 each V-Sign Sensor (part number 101342 V-Sign Sensor VS-A/P/N) This request is for a transcutaneous TcC02 monitor for the sleep lab. The device is noninvasive and used to monitor carbon dioxide levels in sleep lab patients to accurately diagnose and manage sleep-disordered breathing. The current TcC02 monitor is beyond economical repair.

The service is in need for a Sentec TcC02 replacement monitor and V-Sign Sensor which is the only monitor that works with the currently owned equipment, the Polysmith system, the preloaded adult modes, and customized view options. A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.

It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 2pm on July 3, 2025, Eastern Standard Time (EST) at laura.poma@va.gov and kellie.konopinski@va.gov
