Indiana VA Medical Center Optical Lab Eyeglass Lens

Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, is requesting information to determine vendors that can provide optical eyeglass lenses, NAICS Code 339115, size standard $17 million for Richard L. Roudebush VAMC, 1481 W. 10TH St, Indianapolis, IN, 46202-2884. The Government intends to award a base plus four (4) option years contract, in the future.

Contractors that can provide this requirement and meets the requirements below are requested to send: 1. Company Name 2. UEID number 3. Business size under NAICS 339115 4. Notification if they are a VETBIZ registered VOSB/SDVOSB or not. Contractors must be registered and certified in VETCERT to be considered VOSB/SDVOSB. SDVOSB must comply with VAAR 852.219-76 This is not a solicitation. This is a Request for Information, Sources Sought.
