Aria and Eclipse Software Support

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center Located in Indianapolis, IN intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Varian Medical Systems, Inc., SDVOSB.

They are located at 3100 Hansen Way, Palo Alto, CA, 94304. Contractor shall provide annual software support, as well as preventative and emergency maintenance to the Aria and Eclipse software located at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The contractor shall ensure the software is operational and able to provide the Radiation Oncology department with the stability required to utilize the full range of tools the software supports for optimal patient care.

This software support shall include all software updates and maintenance, as well as full coverage for new Aria and Eclipse versions. This support shall also include all online remote support as well as help desk calls, and annual refresher training for two RLR VAMC Biomedical Engineering Support Specialists (BESS) for the Aria and Eclipse software and its upgrades and updates.

If new software is released after the refresher training, the contractor shall provide the training necessary to allow the BESS s to troubleshoot and support the software locally.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 334517 Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing The size standard 1,000 Employees Product and Service Code (PSC) J065 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuild of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Tuesday December 10, 2024 at 12PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
