Indianapolis BMS Equipment Maintenance

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302. intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Conserv, Inc. for Indianapolis BMS Service Contract. NAICS code 238220 applies, the small business size standard is $19 Million.

The contractor shall provide all necessary preventive maintenance service for the Building Management System (BMS) located at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN for the period of October 28, 2024, through October 27, 2025, with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 12:000 p.m. on October 24, 2024.
