This is not a solicitation. This is a Request for Information, Sources Sought only for the Saginaw VA Medical Center. Information collected during this Sources Sought may be used in a set aside.
If a solicitation is issued, the Government will do so in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 516120. The NAICS size is $47M. Contractors that deem themselves capable of meeting the requirement shall provide the below information to Daniel Leaverton, Contract Specialist, at Daniel.Leaverton@va.gov no-later-than 21 OCT 2024 at 11:59AM , Eastern Time, referencing 36C25025Q0056 Satellite Television Service . Requirements: Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, 6150 Oak Tree Blvd, Suite 300 Independence, OH 44131, intends to solicit offers from able sources, in regards to Satellite TV Services.
Place of Performance: VAMC 1500 Weiss St Saginaw, MI 48602 USA The contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals, maintenance, programming, and transportation necessary to provide and maintain optimum cable signal to all televisions, head-end, and all associated equipment of the entire distribution systems which is located at the VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss St., Saginaw, MI 48602. The initial term will be one year, with four option years.
This scope of work is strict in accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions of this contract. The Contractor shall be licensed to provide cable television services and create or maintain cable distribution systems. This Service Contract is a base year plus 4 option years.
Contractor must be registered with https://www.sam.gov Any contractor that believes they are capable and desires to claim preference for small business status must be registered with the SBA and be able to be located through SBA - Dynamic Small Business Search. Any contractor that believes they are capable and desires to claim preference for veteran owned small business status must be registered with in VetCert at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) as an SDVOSB or VOSB. Responses shall include:
